Well today the latest fashion in women’s underwear are boy-shorts. They are a type of men’s style boxers or briefs which are very comfortable to wear as many men will testify.Throughout the years there have been certain styles of women’s penties that have come in and out of fashion.
This has been inspired by all sorts of things that we see and hear in the media. Who can remember when Sisqo released “Thong Song” and shops reported sales of thongs almost doubling? During the 80s and 90s it was the bikini that was the in thing and many women simply wore a bikini as their underwear!
The reason for the popularity is that boy shorts avoid displaying any sort of prominently visible panty line and are a modest and extremely comfortable alternative to regular panties of thongs. 
Therefore they can be worn in usual day to day situations and even can be worn as loungewear too. Also, probably the biggest selling point is that they are really cheap compared to most other items of womens underwear.
